Notating guitar solos
I'm about to do some recording and have songs for which I'd like to record specific solos. I'm wondering how folks here notate that for the studio - in traditional notation or in some type of shorthand? I know Jim has his own way of writing out solos for his students...Jim, if you're out there, I'm very curious about your method.
