Question about comp chart for Over the Rainbow

The third chord is labeled Gm7, but it’s C Ab Eb, making it a Cm6 or an Ab major or maybe even a Fm7. If you play it at the 5th fret, rather than the 6 as marked, it’s B G D, which is a perfectly good G major. What’s it supposed to be?

My mistake- Move it up a whole step (1st finger 8th fret) D, Bb, F is a respectable Gm7. Thanks for ordering the lesson - Jim
