Back Bay Shuffle A1 solo question
Hey Jim! I just want to say thanks for providing such great lessons that are extremely beneficial to many of us. I have a question regarding the first solo in Back Bay Shuffle. Beginning on the first diagram of row two on page 2 of the lesson you play a lick that would appear to be based around an F triad in 8th position. Why does this work if it seems like the chord sequence Jimmie is playing over is C/G- A7 -D7 -G7? Maybe this is a silly question and I am missing something obvious, but it just doesn’t seem intuitive to me. Again thanks for the great lessons!
