Campilongo in Socal!

Opened up my e-mail today, to find out Mr. Campilongo is going to be in L.A. on Sept. 27th!?!? Needless to say my tickets are purchased and I am a very excited dude. I can't wait to Mr. Campilongo live!! Thank you very much for coming out to L.A., Jim!! I really hope its a huge turn-out for you!!

    Hey Rooster (and others who were there last night),

    Wasn't it a fun show? I talked to a guy who'd been brought by a friend. He'd never seen Jim play before. A lot of fun to see a newbie share in the turn-on.
    Thanks again for making it out here, Jim. You keep a lot of us passionate amateurs inspired.

    Jordan- It was a FANTASTIC show. I loved it. I was front row with my Girlfriend ( also a Campilongo Newb ) and she had a blast as well. I met Jim, well, my girlfriend actually made the introduction, but what a super-nice, down to earth cat he was. I , of course was tongue-tied and had nothing to contribute, but he was cool. The performance was brilliant. He played a few of my favorites and a great little mini-acoustic set. The 'Cannonball Rag' was terrific. And then he did an amazing version of 'Third Stone From the Sun' as an encore! Too much! Aside from the music, my fave part of the night was a bit of his stage banter when he said ( I'm paraphrasing here ) " This is a song called Mr. and Mrs. Mouse. It's based on a true story..." and then right into the song. I can't wait to see him again sometime! Great job Jim!! I hope you had fun as well!!
