B flat Blues, Sonic Tele

Could someone let me know if the B flat Blues material covered on Sonic Tele is more or less the same as the lesson on Jim's site? I have Sonic Tele, so I will cover the material there and download a different lesson if they are pretty much the same.

    Hi Jason -

    Yes, it's basically the same - but the "Lesson By Mail" Bb Blues , in my opinion, is more thorough and focused then the multi-genre "Sonic Tele". But if you're looking for something totally different I would suggest downloading a different lesson.

    Based on my experience with Playing the Blues: Nailing the Changes I am very keen on learning your triad approach to playing the changes.

    I'll see how I get on with the Bb Blues section of the DVD, if I have trouble with it, I will order the Lesson By Mail version to see if that helps.
