LP's of interest on ebay, Discogs etc
Hmmm... this usually goes for about $70 -$100 (my guess) but sometimes "good" means "bad". There is one listed for $300 but ebay sellers sometimes go a little crazy...

end price will probably be out of my pocket range anyway. By the way, would I be bidding against any forum member?
I wonder, is Buch pronounced “Buck” or “Bewk” or “Butch”?
For the budget minded- this is a mint (the seller has a 100% rating) CD for $7.99 + $3.00 shipping.

Not my favorite Roy LP - I prefer 1st & 2nd albums over everything - but "Sweet Dreams" from the burlap LP is brilliant.
Mine is a below -a generous gift from an excellent guitarist and former student Corey... I'd been wanting one for 30 years.
And speaking of rare birds, here's an interesting one:

I won't be bidding as I already have it, but I highly recommend it!

It's one of the few Chet albums I do not have. But I haven't been able to bring myself to pay the ~$80 after shipping.
I was a little pampered in my early record collecting days as I found a few copies in a short period of time and did not truly appreciate how scarce they are. After giving one to Jim I have three remaining in various conditions.
I think when I die one of my best memories will be the five minutes I got to listen to that album with Jim. What a cool moment, sitting with my favorite guitar player listening to my other favorite guitar player.
I will try to dig through for some unique stuff to add the the discussion here.
Here is a link to some of the burlaps on my instagram:

And Corey- thanks again for your generosity and your ultra-interesting post!
Thanks for sharing these tunes, they are new to me!

Mary Osborne-A Girl And Her Guitar

I'll never spend 200 dollars for it so my only hope is that it pops up at Rasputin or Amoeba for cheap. I've had some luck with getting hard to find records for cheap before at both places.
It's $500 here...

But sometimes - one can think of all the stuff that costs $200 and it makes it okay! ha ha
